For the holiday season, gift items purchased online through Nexbelt.com on or after November 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, are valid for return through January 15, 2024, or within 30 days from the ship date, whichever comes later. If submitted after this time, the order will only be eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail and will be credited to the original form of payment. Products on sale to be returned will only be eligible for exchange or store credit towards the next purchase. All belt straps are cut to fit and may not be exchanged or returned if cut.
Exchanges can be made for equal-value products. If exchanging for a new item that is higher priced than the original item being exchanged, the difference in price will be charged. If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded.
